The associate editor of the papers of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was in Missoula recently to deliver the annual King lecture at the University of Montana. Dr. Ralph Luker is a noted civil rights historian, who is currently editing a collection of the papers of Vernon Johns, a civil rights activist who mentored King and other civil rights leaders.
